Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff members have attained mastery in their fields and now enjoy sharing their skills, knowledge and love of good health and fitness with our members. Our Anytime Fitness staff members:


Angie French is the Operating Manager and partner in several Anytime Fitness facilities in the Hampton Roads area.  She began her over 13-year career in the health arena as a Massage Therapist and a certified Physical Therapy Assistant. 

You will find her on location at the Little Creek branch to help with your every need, including new member tours, assistance with use of the equipment, or motivation and focus to meet your fitness goal.

Crystal Raner
Manager in Training

Crystal retired December 2008 from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty officer with 20 years in the mass communication field. With a bachelor’s degree in English and formal military training as a Navy Journalist, she brings to Anytime Fitness Norfolk an array of knowledge to include public & media relations, marketing & publicity, desktop design and supervisory and managerial skills.

 Crystal admits fitness hasn’t always been a priority in her life, but several years ago she made a ‘choice to change’ and created realistic goals to lose weight and has continued to maintain a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. Working in the fitness arena with Anytime Fitness is an opportunity for her to stay committed to her goals and share her personal experience and triumphs with those desiring to make the same changes in their lives.

Kelly McCandless

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

 

Kelly has been active her entire life participating in many physical activities such as snowboarding, surfing, back-packing, running, swimming and biking.

 

She has shared her passion of sport and fitness by coaching middle school children track and basketball.

 

 After finishing in 5th place in her first triathlon, it was inevitable that the seed was planted to pursue a lifelong career in fitness.

 

Kelly has worked in the community with all ages, types of people and different environments; getting the results that people want and need, promoting positive self worth within her clients, making a difference in those who seek change and holding them accountable to it. She strongly believes that all should strive to make fitness a way of life!
